what data do we process?
interplay-architects.com is an informational website. It does not currently contain any forms that collect personal data: the contact links open your own email client (mailto), so any information you choose to send us by email is handled directly by you, not via the website.
The only data processed automatically is the technical data that your browser sends to any server when you visit a web page:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Date and time of the visit
- Pages visited
This data is temporarily stored in the hosting server’s logs for security and technical operational reasons (see “retention period” below).
purpose and legal basis
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the purpose of data collection on this website is as follows: technical maintenance and security of the site (server logs) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); replying to emails you voluntarily send to us at the published addresses; and the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
who do we share data with?
We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes. The only third parties who may have technical access are our service providers, who act as data processors under contract:
- Hosting: Raiola Networks, S.L.
retention period
Server logs are retained for [12 months], unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to investigate a security incident.
your rights
You have the right to control the personal information we collect; this also enables us to ensure that it is accurate and truthful.
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, amongst other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, and for reasons relating to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes to which you have objected. Similarly, you may exercise your right to restrict the processing of your personal data by requesting that we retain it.
You may exercise your rights and are entitled to receive a response within the timeframes set out in current data protection legislation; you may choose from the following methods:
- By sending a written and signed request to interplay architects at the following address: 106, Av. Philippe Auguste, 75011, Paris, France. If you have already provided your email address(es), you must provide us with the same address(es).
- By sending your application to the following email address: contact@interplay-architects.com
If you feel that we have not dealt with your request correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority:
- Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)
security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process against unauthorised access, loss or alteration (HTTPS connection, regular backups, restricted access to the administration panel).
